I notice I always try to find something new to try out, that might help you from getting more pneumos.
Something to believe in.
Less/ligher training, more water, more Omega-3, and so on and so on.
Then when you get the next one, you try to find some new things to try instead Rolling Eyes

The last 1-2 years I've tried adding loads of plants at home!
Not just any plant, but those that are known for their air-cleaning characteristics.
Dracaenas, snake plants, and such.

Apparently it can do a lot of difference for the air quality in a room, if you got lots of plants like those!
It's a known fact.

I think maybe it will help the lungs, to have nice clean air to breathe?
I mean, of course it will be good, but the question is if it might help them from collapsing.
Maybe the lung tissue gets in better shape with nice clean air to breathe?
What do you think?
Anyone else already up to this?

Anyway, I just celebrated three years since the last (confirmed) collapse, and I haven't done any surgery, just tiny drains Smile

It certainly doesn't sound it would hurt. Have you noticed improvements in your lungs by now, Swede?

Sorry, not checking in here very often...which is a good thing I suppose.

I haven't had any lung problems for 4+ years now.
Never did any surgery btw, just tiny drains.
Earlier I've had a tiny pneumo left lung 2004, a large one right lung 2013, and another large right lung 2015.

Only thing I've done last years is buy all these plants, and try to stay 1-2 kg (2.2 - 4.4 lbs) heavier (I'm tall and skinny).
I noticed I was a bit low on weight when my pneumos occured, so why not...
Although I know added weight shouldn't make any difference, it's more how you were born, but anyway, feels it might not hurt, just like the plants Wink
Also everyone might not work the same way, so what is ruled out in one study might help some other patients anyway I suppose.
